TGR Haas F1 Team

TGR Haas F1 Team has been a stalwart of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship over the past decade. With more than 200 grand prix starts to our name, we pride ourselves on being an ambitious challenger within Formula 1 - and we want you to be part of that journey.

The first American Formula 1 team to compete in the sport since 1986, TGR Haas F1 Team made an immediate impression with a memorable points-scoring debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. Ten years later, the team is still building momentum, guided by clear objectives and technical partnerships, and fresh from securing its second biggest points haul in a Formula 1 season.

We’re a racing team – not a corporate machine. We have three HQs – Kannapolis in the US, Banbury in the UK and Maranello in Italy – each powered by passionate, loyal and hardworking team ambassadors. At TGR Haas F1 Team, you’ll gain exposure to many areas of the business, enjoy wider visibility, and clearly see your contributions.

Yes, you’ll learn from us, but we expect to learn from you too!

General Summary

This role reports to the Head of HR Legal (UK) and Talent Management or their designee and is based in Banbury, UK. The role supports the delivery of departmental objectives by contributing to day-to-day operations across relevant functions, working collaboratively to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role involves cross-functional coordination, monitoring progress against key performance indicators, participating in continuous improvement activities, following established policies and procedures, providing regular updates to line management, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture that supports professional development.

This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for an initial period of 9 months to provide temporary cover during a period of maternity leave.

Subject to business need and the duration of the absence being covered, the contract may be extended for a further period, up to a maximum total duration of 12 months.

The fixed-term nature of this position reflects a genuine temporary requirement to ensure continuity of business operations and delivery while the substantive postholder is on maternity leave. The role is directly linked to the duration of that absence.

It is anticipated that, upon the return of the substantive postholder, the requirement for this role will cease.

In such circumstances, the employment will terminate on the grounds of Some Other Substantial Reason (SOSR), namely the ending of a temporary maternity cover arrangement. Any termination will be managed in line with a fair and reasonable process, appropriate notice, and in accordance with applicable UK employment law.

Role Principles

  • Act with integrity, always upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Drive innovation and change to continuously improve ways of working and outcomes.
  • Pursue operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate inclusively, building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, prioritising the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion sustainability by embedding responsible and environmentally conscious practices into everyday work.

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection activities with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage recruitment inboxes
  • Prepare and issue offer documentation and support pre-employment, right-to-work, and background checks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
