Talent Acquisition Coordinator
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the recruitment and onboarding journey. You will coordinate day-to-day activity from interview through to start date, working closely with candidates, new starters, hiring managers, People Services, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and wider stakeholders.
You will help keep activity moving, provide clear and timely updates, track key actions, identify risks or delays early, and ensure recruitment and onboarding administration is completed accurately and in line with our policies, compliance requirements, and values.
Key Details
- Location: Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW
- Hybrid working: Minimum three days per week onsite, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week
- Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What you will be doing
- Act as a key contact for candidates, new starters, and hiring managers during recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate interviews, offers, contracts, employment checks, and starter documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and help ensure key actions are completed on time
- Provide clear, timely updates so stakeholders understand what is happening and what comes next
- Identify delays, risks, or gaps early and escalate appropriately
- Support recruitment campaigns, early careers activity, and improvements to the candidate experience
About You
You might already have experience in HR, recruitment, or onboarding, or you may bring transferable skills from a busy administration, coordination, or customer service environment.
