Talent Acquisition Coordinator Opportunity

This is a hybrid role, splitting working from home and out of our Nottingham office.

You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates to support recruitment activity across a variety of roles, helping to deliver a positive and efficient hiring experience.

This role is all about supporting the recruitment process, sourcing great talent, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting stakeholders with recruitment activity across a range of vacancies.
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Proactively contacting candidates across both active and passive talent pools.
  • Advertising vacancies and promoting opportunities through a range of attraction methods.
  • Screening applications and conducting initial candidate conversations.
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.
  • Supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team with recruitment projects and initiatives.

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing, or a customer-focused environment.
  • Confidence communicating professionally with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using recruitment systems, job boards, or LinkedIn Recruiter would be advantageous.
