Interim Recruitment / Talent Coordinator
Central London | Hybrid - 2 days in the office
£35,000 FTE
Initial 3-month contract
Elevation’s People and HR team are looking for an experienced, highly organised Recruitment / Talent Coordinator to work for one of our clients on an interim basis.
Initially for a 3-month contract, this hands-on role will support a high-volume recruitment process, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing a large number of candidates, coordinating multiple interviews, and keeping processes moving at pace.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing high-volume CV screening and shortlisting against role requirements
- Coordinating candidate vetting and pre-employment checks
- Managing high volumes of interview scheduling and coordination
- Keeping candidates updated and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
- Monitoring candidate pipelines and following up on outstanding actions
- Supporting the wider Recruitment / Talent team with day-to-day recruitment activity
- Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, organised, and delivered within agreed timelines

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in volume recruitment / high-volume talent coordination is essential
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Talent Coordination, or HR
- Experience managing a large volume of candidates and recruitment activity simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at pace
- Confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience coordinating multiple interviews and managing complex diaries
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using an ATS / recruitment system would be advantageous
