Interim Recruitment / Talent Coordinator

Central London | Hybrid - 2 days in the office
£35,000 FTE

Initial 3-month contract

Elevation’s People and HR team are looking for an experienced, highly organised Recruitment / Talent Coordinator to work for one of our clients on an interim basis.

Initially for a 3-month contract, this hands-on role will support a high-volume recruitment process, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing a large number of candidates, coordinating multiple interviews, and keeping processes moving at pace.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing high-volume CV screening and shortlisting against role requirements
  • Coordinating candidate vetting and pre-employment checks
  • Managing high volumes of interview scheduling and coordination
  • Keeping candidates updated and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
  • Monitoring candidate pipelines and following up on outstanding actions
  • Supporting the wider Recruitment / Talent team with day-to-day recruitment activity
  • Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, organised, and delivered within agreed timelines

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in volume recruitment / high-volume talent coordination is essential
  • Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Talent Coordination, or HR
  • Experience managing a large volume of candidates and recruitment activity simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at pace
  • Confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience coordinating multiple interviews and managing complex diaries
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using an ATS / recruitment system would be advantageous
