Portsmouth

Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)

About the Company

Our client is a successful and growing organisation looking to strengthen its Internal Recruitment team with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment administration, recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

The role also offers genuine long-term career progression into a Talent Acquisition position as the internal recruitment function continues to grow.

The Role

Supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process from application through to onboarding.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
  • Managing recruitment administration and ATS records.
  • Supporting agency management and candidate tracking.
  • Coordinating offers, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

About You

Applicants MUST have experience within:

  • Recruitment Coordination.
  • Recruitment Administration.
  • Recruitment agency support.
  • Fast-paced administrative or customer-facing environments.
