What You’ll Own
- Schedules interviews and travel (if necessary) between Candidates and Hiring Managers working closely with their assigned Recruiters
- Updates HRIS recruiting system for new hires and transfers and completes all necessary paperwork
- Maintains daily/weekly Candidate reports related to Talent Acquisition
- Processes background check invoice payments and tracking
- Directs employee questions to appropriate team in HR or other area of the company
- Responsible for pre-onboarding communications with Candidates, Hiring Managers and Tier II support to ensure new hires have a seamless experience
- Works effectively with other HR groups to research issues and answer candidate/employee questions
- Keeps candidates informed of the progress of applications and requisitions
- Work with recruiters to help review applications and screen candidates
- May coordinate signing bonuses, referral bonuses and relocation payments with payroll
- Recognizes and recommends opportunities for process improvements
- Other related duties assigned as needed
What you’ll bring
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Experience with or ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday experience is a plus
- Ability to understand Employment Law
- Experience in a service business where excellent customer service was required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to adhere to professional standards, processes, and strict confidentiality
