The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, playing a key role in keeping our recruitment activity running smoothly and delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You’ll be involved across the full recruitment lifecycle, from maintaining our recruitment systems and data to coordinating interviews, supporting early careers hiring, managing recruitment activity and helping the team make the most of our tools and processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve how we work and get involved in projects that make a real difference to the wider Talent Acquisition function.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience across Talent Acquisition while taking ownership of your own areas of responsibility.

To be successful, you’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with a good eye for detail and confidence working with systems and data. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
