Talent Acquisition Coordinator

West End, London | £40,000–£45,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)

We're partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its established in-house recruitment team.

Supporting recruitment across EMEA and APAC, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing Talent Acquisition function that plays a pivotal role in attracting exceptional talent across the business. Working closely with experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners, you'll ensure the recruitment process runs seamlessly, delivering an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike.

With exposure to both experienced hire and early careers recruitment, this role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to develop your career within an international Talent Acquisition team.

The Role

  • Support recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support both experienced hire and early careers recruitment, including graduate, intern, and campus hiring.
  • Coordinate assessment centres, recruitment events, and wider early careers initiatives.
  • Arrange interview logistics, candidate travel, and meeting schedules.
  • Assist with offer management, onboarding, and pre-employment screening.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and Applicant Tracking System records.
  • Build strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external suppliers.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and continuous enhancement initiatives.

About You

  • Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or an in-house recruitment function.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, and recruitment administration within a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Previous experience within financial services, professional services, or another corporate environment would be advantageous, although not essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
