Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German Speaking)
The Planet Group have recently been engaged by a leading organisation who provide technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global Aerospace industry. This fantastic business are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German Speaking) to support recruitment initiatives on a 6-12 month contract. (UK Remote working available)
Job Summary:
You will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across Europe and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a fast-paced and collaborative role where you will work alongside recruiters and business stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage recruitment administration, and support the overall hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, including booking meeting rooms or arranging video conferencing details and sending interview confirmations.
- Managing calendars for recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interviews are organised efficiently.
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and recruitment partners, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday.
- Supporting the organisation and logistics of candidate assessment days.
- Assisting with recruitment reporting and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly.
- Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.

Key Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday (Desired)
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is essential, with German language skills required to support hiring across Europe.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel on occasion to Germany to support stakeholders.
