Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the delivery of departmental objectives by contributing to day-to-day operations across relevant functions, working collaboratively to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Reporting to the Head of HR Legal (UK) and Talent Management or their designee, you will support recruitment activities across the organisation, coordinate hiring processes, maintain recruitment records and reporting, support early careers initiatives, and ensure recruitment activities are delivered in line with established policies, procedures, and documentation standards.

This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for an initial period of 9 months to provide temporary cover during a period of maternity leave.

Subject to business need and the duration of the absence being covered, the contract may be extended for a further period, up to a maximum total duration of 12 months.

The fixed-term nature of this position reflects a genuine temporary requirement to ensure continuity of business operations and delivery while the substantive postholder is on maternity leave. The role is directly linked to the duration of that absence.

It is anticipated that, upon the return of the substantive postholder, the requirement for this role will cease.

In such circumstances, the employment will terminate on the grounds of Some Other Substantial Reason (SOSR), namely the ending of a temporary maternity cover arrangement. Any termination will be managed in line with a fair and reasonable process, appropriate notice, and in accordance with applicable UK employment law.

  • Prepare and issue offer documentation and support pre-employment, right-to-work, and background checks.

Job Descriptions & Interview Governance

  • Draft, review, and update job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Review interview questions and selection criteria to ensure alignment with job descriptions and fair, consistent hiring practices.
  • Maintain compliant recruitment documentation and audit trails.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
