As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team and help us attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and delivering a fantastic candidate experience.
Working closely with the Talent Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment activity across multiple departments, helping us identify talented individuals, manage recruitment processes and strengthen our employer brand.
Whether you're already working in recruitment or looking to develop your career in Talent Acquisition, this role offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced, international business.
Responsibilities
- Support the sourcing and attraction of high-quality candidates across a variety of roles, mainly technology, data and product.
- Review applications, shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidate recommendations and work closely with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications and ensure a seamless recruitment experience from application through to offer.
- Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support reporting requirements.
- Help strengthen Creditsafe's employer brand through social media, networking events and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain candidate talent pools to support future hiring requirements.
- Assist with offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities for new starters.
- Support the recruitment social media calendar by creating engaging content that showcases our people, culture and career opportunities.

Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, sales support or another people-focused role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident building relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
- Ability to work proactively and independently while supporting a wider team.
- Comfortable conducting telephone and virtual candidate screenings.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM platform.
- Previous experience supporting recruitment campaigns or talent attraction activities.
- Experience creating social media or employer branding content.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate engagement techniques.
- Experience attending careers fairs, networking events or industry meetups.
