What you will be doing
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring compliance requirements including ownership of the Right to Work process, ensuring checks are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for Talent Acquisition administration queries, maintaining expert knowledge of Dayforce and TeamTailor to deliver a smooth and seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and monitor recruitment metrics, reporting and governance activities, ensuring data is accurate, up to date and available in real time.
- Build strong partnerships across the broader People team to ensure recruitment processes are delivered efficiently and accurately.
- Take ownership of Purchase Order administration, managing the raising, approval and maintenance of POs while working closely with key stakeholders.
- Manage the recruitment inbox, resolve queries and support the delivery of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), helping to strengthen our employer brand and ensure a consistent, engaging candidate experience.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative function.
- Prior experience of working across multiple HR systems (e.g. Dayforce & TeamTailor) and MS Office.
- Able to think logically and creatively to find the best way to solve problems and get things done at volume.
- Proactive and able to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, high workload environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities and different stakeholders.
- High energy, highly motivated and self-directed.
