Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Review recruitment briefs and gain a thorough understanding of hiring requirements, team structures, and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates against role-specific criteria for up to 15 roles at a time.
- Screen up to 10 candidates per day, including sourcing and scheduling for key positions.
- Conduct initial telephone and virtual screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage multiple screenings for vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines and service level expectations.
Technical Skills
- Experience working within a recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR environment.
- Strong candidate screening and shortlisting experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to assess CVs and match candidate experience to role requirements.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and data privacy requirements.

Previous Experience
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or Recruitment Administration.
- Experience supporting high-volume or fast-growing recruitment environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against recruitment targets.
Success Measures
- Speed and quality of candidate shortlisting.
- Timely coordination of interviews and hiring activities.
- Accuracy of recruitment data and documentation.
- Positive candidate and hiring manager feedback.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

The range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience. Please note that for salaried roles, the figures reflect full-time equivalency, while for hourly roles, the figures represent the applicable hourly rate.
Compensation Range: 36,000.00 - 36,000.00 GBP
