Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator at The Chancery Rosewood, you will help create an exceptional experience for candidates and associates from their first interaction with us. Supporting recruitment across the hotel, you will coordinate vacancies, interviews and onboarding while keeping our candidates informed and warmly welcomed throughout the process.

Alongside your talent acquisition duties, you will share responsibility for the day-to-day administration and reception of the Talent & Culture office, acting as a helpful first point of contact, maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team. This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, people-focused coordinator who enjoys a varied role in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate associate-level recruitment from vacancy approval to offer, including preparing job advertisements, posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews and responding promptly to candidate enquiries.
  • Support first-stage interviews and candidate assessments as required, ensuring a fair, inclusive and welcoming experience that reflects the Rosewood brand.
  • Maintain recruitment systems, vacancy listings and talent pipelines, keeping accurate records and providing clear updates to hiring managers.
  • Prepare offers, contracts, references, right to work checks and onboarding documentation, ensuring new joiners are ready for a smooth and well-organised start.
  • Share responsibility for the Talent & Culture reception and inbox, welcoming associates and visitors, handling routine queries with care and directing confidential or complex matters appropriately.
  • Support general Talent & Culture administration, including filing, data entry, trackers, correspondence, organisation charts and maintaining accurate associate records.
  • Assist with recruitment events, employer brand activity, associate engagement initiatives and other Talent & Culture projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
