Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Early Careers & Assessment Centres

West End, London | £40,000–£45,000 + Excellent Benefits | 12-Month FTC | 4 Days in Office

We’re partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its established in-house recruitment team.

Supporting hiring across EMEA and APAC, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a particular focus on early careers, assessment centres and complex recruitment coordination, alongside exposure to experienced and senior-level hiring.

  • Coordinating a virtual assessment centre for 40 students completing multiple back-to-back interviews within a tightly managed timeframe
  • Supporting senior hires involving multiple stakeholders, background checks and regulatory requirements

You’ll need to be:

  • Exceptionally organised
  • Confident with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable keeping multiple processes moving at once

The business is also evolving its recruitment technology and automation, so you'll need to be equally comfortable using systems and taking a proactive, relationship-led approach when processes are more manual.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
