Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing recruitment team. This role involves managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing through to offer, sourcing and assessing candidates, and working closely with hiring managers to support the delivery of recruitment objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in agency recruitment or high volume talent acquisition role.
• Ability to manage multiple active vacancies concurrently while maintaining high quality of hire.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment methodologies and multi-channel sourcing tactics.
• Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases to engage both active and passive talent pools.
• Confident in conducting initial screening calls and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Demonstrated capability to partner with hiring managers and deliver an outstanding, collaborative candidate experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Teamtailor) alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; proactive, results-driven, and highly organized when working toward time-to-fill targets.
• A natural problem-solver with a genuine drive to optimise recruitment processes.
