Qualifications

What You’ll Do as a Talent Acquisition Enablement & Programs Manager

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Own and manage the recruitment CRM, partnering with Employer Brand to embed its use across TA workflows and drive proactive talent pooling strategies.
  • Support recruitment teams in activating talent pools through targeted engagement campaigns, using data and workforce insights to improve reach and effectiveness.
  • Lead the design of structured assessment frameworks aligned to job families and competencies, enhancing hiring quality, consistency, and reducing bias.
  • Partner with Talent Assessment teams and vendors to develop robust approaches for senior hiring and internal promotions, ensuring seamless integration into hiring workflows.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled recruitment tools and provide training and guidance to TA Specialists and hiring managers on sourcing, interviewing, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain the Talent Acquisition playbook and lead hiring programmes (e.g. internal mobility, referrals, employee advocacy) to enable scalable and consistent recruitment practices.

Additional Information

What You’ll Bring

Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:

  • 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring processes, particularly within high-volume environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and talent pooling strategies, with a proven ability to build proactive pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Experience designing and implementing recruitment programmes, frameworks, and enablement initiatives (e.g. training, playbooks, hiring campaigns).
  • Strong project management capability, with experience delivering multiple initiatives end-to-end and effectively planning, prioritising, and driving execution.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, structured interviewing, candidate engagement best practices, and recruitment technologies, including an interest in AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to drive adoption of tools and processes, translate insights into practical applications, and use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
