Talent Acquisition Partner / Internal Recruiter

Portsmouth

Hybrid Working (3 days office)

£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus (OTE Approx £10k)

About the Company

Our client is a well-established, growing organisation with ambitious expansion plans and a strong reputation for investing in its people.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Internal Recruitment team, supporting hiring across a variety of commercial functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter looking to make their first move in-house, or an existing Talent Acquisition professional seeking a commercially focused recruitment environment.

The Role

Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of commercial positions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Building proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and direct sourcing.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insight.
  • Conducting candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
  • Managing recruitment activity through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Providing recruitment reporting, market intelligence and pipeline updates.
  • Delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes and stakeholder engagement.

About You

Applicants will have:

  • 3-4 years' recruitment experience gained within an Agency or internal Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Experience recruiting commercial or customer-facing positions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working with data.
  • Experience using an ATS is essential.
  • Strong direct sourcing capability.
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
  • Self motivated with a team player mentality.
