Purpose of the Role

Lead recruitment delivery across assigned hotel and support vacancies, from the hiring brief through to an accepted offer and successful handover for joining. Advise hiring managers on attraction and fair selection, build pipelines for priority roles, and use recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes. Set the day-to-day priorities for the Coordinator's recruitment work and manage exceptions.

Represent Montcalm Collection and its values of Belonging, Sensitivity, Wellbeing, Changemaking and Sustainability with professionalism, warmth and care.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment delivery and manager partnership

  • Choose sourcing channels, proactively approach and screen candidates, lead or support interviews and assessments, and present evidence-based shortlists.
  • Advise hiring managers on fair, consistent decisions; challenge unnecessary delays and follow up selection feedback and next steps.
  • Own substantive candidate relationships, including selection feedback, sensitive queries, offer discussions and negotiation within approved parameters.
  • Recommend offer terms within agreed budgets and secure all approvals before terms are communicated. Track acceptance and hand over approved details to the Coordinator for documentation and joining arrangements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
