Ohme

Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.

The worlds of energy, transport and artificial intelligence are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.

Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

We are scaling up the business and are building out the team for rapid growth. If you’re interested joining a fast-growing cleantech venture on a data and AI-first journey to speed up the global transition to clean, affordable energy, read on!

Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

Ohme is hiring a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to own recruitment delivery across a live and varied requisition load. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have genuine influence over how Ohme hires as we scale globally, working alongside an established TA team with real scope to shape process and grow into a broader talent remit as the function matures.

This role is suited to someone who wants to build a career in-house and you will be based in our London office 4 days a week.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you will own

  • Full-cycle recruitment

    • Run live requisitions across Ohme's business, managing each from briefing to offer.
    • Build active and passive pipelines using direct sourcing methods, utilising job boards, networks and referrals.
    • Partner with hiring managers to set the brief, calibrate on candidates, and keep processes moving to a standard candidates would recommend to others.
  • Process and reporting

    • Own candidate tracking and pipeline hygiene in the ATS.
    • Use pipeline and hiring data to keep stakeholders informed and guide decisions on your roles.
    • Take ownership of process problems you spot, driving fixes that make hiring run better.
  • Project work

    • Contribute to how Ohme presents itself to candidates, from job adverts to candidate communications to interview experience.
    • Take part in improvement projects across the function, including our work on responsible AI tooling in recruitment.
  • AI and tooling

    • We are actively adopting AI across the business and TA is part of that. You will help identify and pilot tools that improve sourcing, screening and candidate communication, working within our data protection and compliance framework. We want someone curious about what these tools can do and thoughtful about how they are used.

What we are looking for

  • 2 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with the confidence to run your own roles independently.
  • A track record of direct sourcing and pipeline building, including hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Comfort managing a varied load across both commercial and technical roles in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong stakeholder skills: you can challenge assumptions constructively, calibrate a brief with a hiring manager, and keep a process on track.
  • Working knowledge of an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a plus, not a requirement).
  • Genuine interest in using AI and tooling to work smarter, paired with good judgement about data and compliance.
