About Assist World
Assist World partners with fast-growing businesses across the United States to build exceptional remote teams. We specialize in sourcing high-caliber talent for healthcare, professional services, finance, and growing SMEs, focusing on long-term placements rather than transactional recruitment.
We're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive who is passionate about identifying exceptional people and creating outstanding hiring experiences. This is an opportunity to become a key member of a rapidly growing international recruitment team with significant career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Source high-quality candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for healthcare, executive support, operations, marketing, sales, and administrative roles
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
- Continuously identify new sourcing platforms and recruitment methods
Recruitment & Screening
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and competency assessments
- Evaluate candidates for technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and long-term potential
- Verify employment history, qualifications, and references where required
- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed interview summaries and recommendations

Recruitment Operations
- Manage candidate pipelines using the company's ATS and CRM
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and hiring records
- Track recruitment KPIs and hiring performance metrics
Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Managers and Leadership to understand client requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Share market insights and hiring trends with the wider team
Required Qualifications
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or internal)
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, executive support, or professional services
- Experience recruiting internationally
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms
- Experience with behavioural interviewing techniques
- Strong understanding of remote hiring best practices

Growth Opportunity
As Assist World continues to expand globally, this role offers significant opportunities to progress into Senior Talent Acquisition, Team Leadership, Client Success, or Recruitment Operations management.
Compensation
$1,300 - $1,500 a month
1500 USD per month + Performance Incentives | Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours | Full-Time (40 hours per week)
