About Us
We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an energetic Talent Executive to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a recruiter who is keen to hire some of the best talent in the sports industry. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, who likes to solve problems, and build strong, embedded relationships with teams all across the business!

Requirements
- A track record for hiring quality candidates at pace - we are a small team of 6, hiring over 70+ roles globally at any given time.
- Varied recruitment experience or an extremely fast learner - you might be recruiting at any given time in technology, finance, operations, marketing, consulting, sales, content, you name it.
- Professional communication style with great interpersonal skills - our clients are our colleagues.
- Strong emotional intelligence and business / commercial acumen is important as we screen candidates, manage our clients expectations, and do what is best for the business.
- Experience running end to end recruitment process from briefing to placement, and being comfortable negotiating offer stages is necessary.
- Superb organisational skills - with the volume we work at, being organised, and able to solve problems is vital.
- An appreciation and keenness to work with other internal teams such as HR, Marketing, and Finance to improve our recruitment approach and new hire onboarding.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- A willingness to help us develop employer branding initiatives.
- Passion for DEI, particularly making the sports industry more inclusive industry, full of people from all different walks of life is imperative.
- A good understanding of the sports business industry is helpful, however passion for sport is all we really ask for.
