What We’re Looking For

We’re looking to grow our Talent Acquisition team, and we can’t do it without you. This team is paramount to the success of Avomind, and you’ll be supporting right at the heart of everything we do here - and how our business will be shaped for the future.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.
  • Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray, etc.
  • Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assessing their fit for our roles.
  • Manage interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers.
  • Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape and trends, to support a seamless service for our clients.
  • Take ownership of the candidate experience - build your reputation through an excellent candidate experience.
  • Work closely with some of the best in the business - we’re incredibly proud of our team, and we’re excited to have you onboard!

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment.
  • You have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
  • You thrive in goal-oriented environments and want to achieve the best.
  • You have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to improve.
  • You are team-oriented and committed.
  • You can work with ever-changing priorities in a very agile environment.
  • You’re fluent in English & German — any other languages would be an advantage.
