This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while developing valuable skills that will support a future career in recruitment, HR, or business.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work alongside experienced recruiters and hiring managers, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and helping us attract exceptional talent that drives our business forward.

The role will have a focus on supporting our early careers hiring campaigns, this includes Apprenticeships, Internships, and Graduate roles across our three Bristol locations.

We are offering the role as a remote contract however you will be required to travel across our three Bristol sites a minimum of one day per week in the office. During the peak times through our hiring campaigns you will be expected to be on site as required, which could be 5 days in a week. The travel will also include locations such as schools, colleges, universities, and other locations for careers fairs or similar events. For this reason you would need to have your own transport.

We are looking for someone to be able to start in the position as soon as possible with a view for the role to last up until September 2027.

What You'll Be Doing

The main purpose of the rolw will be to support the recruitment process across a variety of roles and business areas, with a the main focus to work on our early careers campaigns.

  • Screening applications and helping to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews and assessment centres while delivering excellent candidate experience.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns, careers events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assisting with the creation and posting of job advertisements.
  • Contributing to projects that enhance the candidate experience and recruitment processes.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues across the business.

What You'll Bring

Education

Preferably studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Copilot).
  • Administrative and organisational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Competencies

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
