Overview
Guidepoint is seeking a motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Intern to support the launch of our campus programme.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you'll play an important role in delivering our graduate recruitment strategy, building relationships with leading UK universities and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment while gaining hands-on experience within a fast-growing global organisation.
What You'll Do
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll support recruitment initiatives across the UK business, with a particular focus on graduate hiring and campus engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate Guidepoint's graduate recruitment activities across UK universities
- Support the planning and delivery of careers fairs, employer presentations and networking events
- Maintain university engagement calendars and recruitment schedules
- Promote Guidepoint's employer brand across campus recruitment channels
- Coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule and manage interview logistics and recruitment administration
- Support offer management and onboarding activities
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

What You Have
We're looking for someone who is:
- Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a Bachelor's degree
- Interested in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR or Employer Branding
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn
