About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented [Job Title] to join our dynamic team at MYO Talent. Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system and other databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Monitor market trends and stay informed about industry best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines to management.
