Talent Acquisition Intern
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and data-minded Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience, managing end-to-end recruitment logistics, and supporting exciting talent projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and bring both structure and creativity to your work, we’d love to hear from you!
Please note, this is a fixed term internship until 31 March 2027.
How Will You Make an Impact?
- Support the Talent Acquisition team on all recruitment activity and admin
- Scheduling phone / video or in person interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
- Work alongside the TA team to deliver a great candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment database ensuring information is up to date in relation to all interviews scheduled and feedback is documented
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with candidates
- Administering the internal ATS (applicant tracking system), i.e.: opening and closing requisitions, liaising with candidates, producing reports
- Organise candidates’ assessment centres under the supervision of the TA Partner
- Support TA partners to ensure all Talent pools are live and active
- Contribute to projects related to market insights and data analytics
- Support and participate in TA events and activations (internal and external)
- Ad-hoc project support as necessary

How Will You Experience Success With Us?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfortable working with ATS platforms.
- Motivated to grow and develop a career within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, capable of working effectively under pressure while handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Analytical approach with an eye for detail and reporting.
- High customer-service orientation, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Adaptable, collaborative, enthusiastic, and brings new ideas (and a good sense of humor!) to the team.
