Candidates must have recruitment experience within Design and Build

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing workplace design and fit-out group based in central London, close to Cannon Street.

This is a key role for an experienced recruiter who understands the Design & Build, workplace design, fit-out or construction environment and can partner confidently with senior stakeholders to attract high-quality talent across a range of specialist roles.

You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment life-cycle, while also helping to shape and improve the organisation’s wider talent acquisition strategy, processes and infrastructure.

The Role

You’ll manage recruitment across a diverse portfolio of businesses operating within the workplace design and fit-out sector, covering operational, commercial, project management and leadership positions. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you’ll provide a consultative recruitment service, from initial vacancy briefing and sourcing strategy through to offer, on-boarding and future talent planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer acceptance and on-boarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and understand workforce requirements
  • Recruit across operational, commercial, project management and leadership functions
  • Source and engage high-calibre candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, referrals, networking and existing talent pools
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, culture and business needs
  • Provide market insight, salary bench-marking and professional recruitment advice to hiring managers
  • Create compelling job descriptions, job adverts and candidate attraction campaigns
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure adherence to preferred supplier arrangements, commercial terms and service standards
  • Monitor agency performance, quality of hire and value for money
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and on-boarding with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records within Bullhorn and internal systems
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline health, diversity and hiring performance
  • Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives
  • Contribute to wider talent initiatives, succession planning and organisational growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
