Sheffield Haworth is a leading global consultancy specialising in executive search, change consulting, and strategic advisory. Founded in 1993, the firm has grown to 200 professionals across 15 locations in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region. We partner with clients across multiple industries, with a strong track record of delivering people-led transformation across the financial services, professional services, industrials, real estate and technology sectors.

Clients benefit from deep industry insights, our wide-ranging networks and high standards of delivery from our global team.

We are proud to be an equal opportunities and Disability Confident, committed employer.

The Role

Sheffield Haworth's global talent acquisition function partners with the business to attract, develop and retain the people who drive our growth as a leading global consultancy in people and transformational change. Talent acquisition sits at the heart of that ambition, ensuring we bring the right people into the firm across every geography and sector in which we operate.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead this function globally, working closely with the leadership team and Managing Directors to deliver against our talent strategy. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning through to offer and onboarding, and will partner with practice leaders across our regions to understand their hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing and search strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Talent Acquisition Lead will own the full recruitment lifecycle across all geographies, building the internal and external profile of Sheffield Haworth as an employer of choice.
  • Partner closely with leaders across the business to build a deep, continually evolving understanding of Sheffield Haworth's organisation, culture and talent needs.
  • Map the competitor marketplace on an ongoing basis, tracking talent movement, market intelligence and hiring trends to inform our talent acquisition and search strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and networks across the profession, strengthening Sheffield Haworth’s market position.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition function, establishing Sheffield Haworth as the employer of choice across executive search, interim, and people consulting.
  • Take direct, hands-on ownership of critical and senior searches, anticipating market shifts to safeguard and strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Excel at identifying, engaging and closing high-calibre passive search talent, knowing how to articulate our technical challenges and unique value proposition effectively.
  • Track and analyse metrics across your portfolio to surface blockers, challenge hiring assumptions, optimise sourcing efforts, and provide stakeholders with clear, honest pipeline updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for talent acquisition to the business, through building robust stakeholder relationships.
  • Create an inclusive hiring process that guarantees an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
  • Oversee the coordination of recruitment activity across all regions, ensuring consistency of process, tools and candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and platforms, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Organise the monitoring, capturing, and reporting of recruitment metrics and ROI to the business.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment technology and process automation to drive better business outcomes.
  • Act as a visible and credible brand ambassador for Sheffield Haworth, consistently communicating our culture, values and employee value proposition to candidates, external partners and the wider talent market.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity and best practice in executive search and talent consulting recruitment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
