Talent Acquisition Lead

Instant Impact is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to head up recruitment on an exciting new client partnership. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2–3 days a week onsite.

How We Work

At Instant Impact, our approach is shaped by three core ways of working:

  • Growth Mindset: We believe in continuous improvement, for ourselves, our teams, and our clients. Every challenge is a chance to learn, innovate, and raise the bar.
  • Accountability: We own our commitments. From hitting SLAs to developing our people, we do what we say we'll do and we measure what matters.
  • Pace & Collaboration: Speed wins, but not at the expense of quality. We work closely together across teams, with clients, and with candidates to move faster and smarter.

What does it mean to be our Talent Acquisition Lead?

As our TA Lead, you'll be at the heart of our exciting journey, driving the success of your partnership and playing an integral role as we kick off an extremely exciting period of growth. You'll be accountable for meeting and exceeding SLAs and hiring objectives across your portfolio of roles and you'll run your roles end to end, keep hiring moving at pace, and be the person stakeholders rely on to deliver great candidates and an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Managing roles end to end, from intake through to offer, coordinating support from others where needed
  • Using a wide range of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, to find outstanding candidates across all levels and disciplines
  • Building talent intelligence before, during and after hiring projects, and using it to improve results and guide stakeholder decisions
  • Adapting your approach to market conditions so our partner stands out as an employer of choice

Service Delivery

  • Prioritising your workload, pushing back where needed, and consistently delivering to SLAs
  • Taking the lead on problem solving, spotting blockers early and bringing solutions
  • Preparing for, and presenting at, monthly partnership review meetings
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues as part of our hive-knowledge culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
