Talent Acquisition Lead

About us

FlightStory is a creator media company that builds and scales creator-led brands. Through FlightStory Studio, we create and grow video-first shows including Steven Bartlett's The Diary Of A CEO, Davina McCall's Begin Again and Paul C. Brunson's We Need To Talk. Our teams combine storytelling, technology, audience growth and commercial expertise to turn powerful voices into media brands that grow across shows, books, products and new formats.

The most important part of our machine isn't technology, capital or distribution. It's people. As Steven often says: "The meaning of 'a company' is simply a group of people, and hiring the right ones is the single most important thing you'll do."

We're building something ambitious: a talent function that sets a new standard for how a fast-growing company finds, attracts and brings in great people. This role sits right at the centre of that.

The role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who treats hiring as a craft, not an admin task. You won't post a role and wait for applicants to land in your inbox. You'll go and find the best people, build relationships with them long before we need them, and bring a calibre of talent to the business that most companies our size only wish they could reach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
