Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition Lead sits within the People Team at easyJet holidays, helping the business attract the people and skills it needs. You’ll work across the business and alongside easyJet’s wider recruitment teams to shape an approach that meets the specific needs of easyJet holidays.

You’ll lead the talent acquisition strategy, oversee senior recruitment, and make sure hiring plans support current and future workforce needs. You’ll also develop our employer brand, improve recruitment processes, and use market insight and data to support decisions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and improving the talent acquisition strategy for easyJet holidays, keeping it aligned with wider business priorities.
  • Leading recruitment for senior and specialist roles, while coordinating delivery through internal recruiters and external partners.
  • Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand priorities, challenge assumptions, and deliver effective hiring plans.
  • Reviewing the recruitment model, processes, and technology to make hiring simpler, more efficient, and ready for future needs.
  • Designing fair and effective assessment methods that help identify strong candidates and reduce bias.
  • Using recruitment data, market insight, and reporting to identify trends, guide decisions, and measure results.
  • Supporting workforce and headcount planning, working closely with People and Finance teams to manage recruitment activity and budgets.
  • Managing recruitment suppliers and agency relationships to maintain quality and control costs.
  • Leading graduate and work experience programs, including partnerships with universities, colleges, and industry bodies.
  • Developing the easyJet holidays employer brand and employee value proposition across recruitment channels and the careers site.
  • Coaching hiring managers and colleagues on recruitment best practice, assessment, and selection.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Extensive talent acquisition experience, ideally gained within travel.
  • Experience working across a matrix organization and delivering results through collaboration and influence.
  • Confidence in building credible relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employer branding, assessment methods, and recruitment technology.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for specialist and senior roles.
  • The ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on recruitment delivery.
  • Experience managing recruitment budgets, suppliers, and agency relationships.
  • A practical approach to using data and market insight to shape recruitment decisions.
  • The confidence to work independently, manage competing priorities, and keep activity moving.
