Ready to take ownership of talent acquisition across a growing national brand?

We’re working with a well-established, family-owned children’s enrichment education business with 60+ locations nationwide, delivering skills-based classes to more than 8,500 students every week.

Following a sustained period of growth since 2016, the business is now looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Lead to take ownership of how they attract, assess and secure the people who will help drive the next stage of their expansion.

This is not a traditional, back-office recruitment role.

You’ll work directly with Directors and Branch/Site Managers across the network, getting out to locations, understanding their challenges first-hand and shaping recruitment strategies that genuinely work for each area.

What will you be doing?

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across a 60+ site network.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Spend time on-site understanding the people and skills each location needs.
  • Develop innovative attraction strategies to improve the quality and flow of candidates.
  • Continuously review and improve the candidate journey.

Recruitment Analytics & Market Intelligence

  • Use recruitment data and market insight to identify trends, challenges and opportunities.
  • Analyse regional hiring activity and recruitment performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions.
  • Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Test new approaches, measure results and scale what works.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
