Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Greenwich, Nottingham, Beckenham – able to travel to our art-K studios
Contract: Full Time
Start Date: end of September – beginning of October

What You'll Do

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & Candidate Experience You will be the passionate voice and primary connector for art-K’s growing network, driving the full recruitment journey with authentic curiosity and warmth. Listening deeply to candidate motivations and partnering closely with studio managers, you will spend time on-site to truly understand local hiring needs. Your open communication style and active approach - even running trial sessions yourself - will ensure candidates feel valued while building strong relationships across our 60+ locations.

  • Recruitment Analytics, Market Intelligence & Optimisation Driven by an inquisitive and analytical mindset, you will continually explore regional hiring trends and talent metrics to refine our attraction strategies. You will bring a curious, proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges, translating market insights and performance data into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior leadership. Aiming to optimise our hiring pipelines, streamline our processes, and directly shape art-K’s ongoing expansion.

  • You love taking full accountability for hiring strategies, proactively solving bottlenecks, and even running studio trial sessions to spot top talent.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9am–5pm
