Talent Acquisition Lead

London/Hybrid
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
£300 - £350 Per Day (Umbrella)
6 Months

We are working with a highly respected client who are looking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead on an interim basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior recruitment professional to take ownership of talent acquisition activity within an organisation where attracting exceptional people is central to delivering its wider mission.

The Role

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activity across a broad range of functions and levels
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment approaches
  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment strategy, market conditions, sourcing, and candidate attraction
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience
  • Develop innovative approaches to sourcing and attracting high-quality, diverse talent
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and ways of working

  • Significant experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising stakeholders on recruitment strategy
  • A strong understanding of contemporary sourcing and attraction techniques
  • Experience managing recruitment across a variety of professional and specialist roles
  • A track record of improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Package

  • Location: London/Hybrid
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • Rate: £300 - £350 per day (Umbrella)
