Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading Talent Acquisition functions and recruiters across the EMEA Front Office. Key responsibilities include owning high-priority client relationships, end-to-end staffing solutions, contracting activities, and setting of expectations with clients, and managing staffing priorities and targets. Job expectations include understanding the client's end-to-end business, including their strategy, financials, and drivers.
The EMEA Front Office Talent Acquisition Lead will be highly regarded with an excellent track record in his or her current environment. The position will be responsible for helping to develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Executives and Human Resources leaders to provide strategic direction and tactical execution of talent acquisition strategy and support and drive business objectives. This is a high-touch role, requiring best-in-class service to deliver for our business and support partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the recruiting process across the EMEA Front Office, including strategy, planning, and relationship management.
- Lines of business that will be covered across the EMEA region include Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB), Global Markets (Sales & Trading), Research, Global Payments Solutions (GPS), and Enterprise Credit.
- Expectation will be for this individual to be hands-on in leading and executing full end-to-end recruitment for Managing Director and other senior level searches / hiring mandates.
- Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manages requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system.
- Oversee the process for creating a pipeline of candidates for critical skills areas by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews to identify, attract, and recruit quality talent.
- Manages the relationship with senior Human Resources (HR) leaders, which includes coordinating regular routines and reporting on open positions, new hires, and business specific initiatives.
- Facilitates creating a more inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences.
- Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations.
- Develop appropriate and consistent communication routines with hiring Executives to ensure a client and candidate centric recruiting experience.
- Provide advice, counsel, and information to the businesses to enable them to improve their ability to attract strong talent to the firm and best leverage available resources.
- Understand the talent profile for success internally as well as external talent market.
- Management of external search vendors, including contract negotiation and search mandates.
- Works across the organisation to continually improve and develop the function. This includes, but is not limited to, collaborating with Talent Acquisition Operations, Business Controls, Onboarding, and on-site vendors.
- Ensure candidates receive a best-in-class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources in a large, complex financial services organisation or comparably demanding environment with a proven track record of advancement, leadership, and business success.
- Previous experience in or in support of Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, and/or Research businesses.
- Experience leading recruiters in a face-paced, high touch environment.
- Excellent client relationship skills. Business focused proactive approach to recruiting work. Ability to quickly establish credibility with line executives.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, including experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods; strong ability to assess and select talent; strong negotiation skills and attention to detail required. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other data management tools desired.
- Experience advising on and executing complex offers, including deferred compensation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organisational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; able to navigate within a large corporate environment and influence key internal clients and stakeholders.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high intensity environment with multiple competing demands. Strong work ethic and drive for results.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work within a team context; able to coach and motivate team members within a production environment.
- Extensive strategic thinking and analytical skills.
