A high-profile, multi-billion dollar AUM global Hedge Fund are looking to hire a London based Talent Acquisition Lead.

Whilst the role will be based out of London, the role will have a core focus on the development & expansion of international offices (the focus of the remit is on non-investment business functions). The hire will have the opportunity to develop a broader talent team in time. There is also a more immediate expectation that the hire will make improvements to the firm’s existing hiring process, front-to-back, including a more standardised hiring structure / process rolled out across all of the firm’s international offices. There is also a belief that the systems / infrastructure currently being used in ‘talent’ could be improved – the new hire would play a leading role on this project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
