TALENT ACQUISITION LEADER - EMEA/APAC

Employment Details

  • Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
  • Location: Dunton SS15 or Daventry NN11
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required across the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Salary: £44,400 per annum plus annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

You'll lead recruitment delivery across the region, develop innovative sourcing strategies, partner with senior business leaders, and drive best-in-class hiring practices that attract exceptional talent.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Talent Acquisition Leader for EMEA/APAC, you'll oversee regional recruitment operations while partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to build and execute talent acquisition strategies that support both current and future workforce needs.

You'll lead a team of recruiters, influence workforce planning, leverage data to drive decision-making, and ensure recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy and delivery across the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for key leadership, corporate, and business-critical positions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with HR, Compensation, Marketing, and Operations teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
  • Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing activities across the region.
  • Drive process improvements, recruitment technology adoption, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies across multiple countries.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on hiring performance and market trends.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience leading talent acquisition teams within a corporate, agency, BPO, contact centre, or high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries and markets within EMEA and/or APAC.
  • Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that support business growth.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent market mapping, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience using recruitment data and analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
