Our client based in the City of London, is looking to hire a People & Operations Resourcing Lead
The role focuses on deploying and recruiting the best talent available
Our Client
My client is a rapidly growing IT consultancy with offices based in the City of London, close to Bank tube station. They employ circa 200 staff and work with major financial organisations.
The Role
The People & Operations Resourcing Manager will ensure that the business utilises their IT professionals in the best possible way for the client base, whilst bringing in the best available talent as headcount increases.

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an HR professional with a background in workforce planning and recruiting, ideally from a professional services organisation.
What’s on offer?
This is a pivotal role and comes with an attractive salary of circa £65,000 and great benefits. The role is also hybrid with an expectation of 2 days a week in the office.
