Talent Acquisition Manager
A client in the learning, training and enablement consultancy industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team for a 6-9 month maternity cover contract.
You will lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity across a growing international business, ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience. Reporting into the People function, you will partner closely with hiring managers to support workforce planning, deliver hiring priorities, and help implement scalable recruitment processes and systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, advise on recruitment strategy, and support effective decision-making
- Source and recruit across a broad range of roles, including operational, technical, project, creative and client-facing positions
- Lead recruitment process improvements, talent pipelining initiatives, and the implementation of HRIS and ATS platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
- Experience hiring permanent employees, freelancers and contractors
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with experience operating in growth, scaling or client-focused businesses

Details
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6-9 months (maternity cover)
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
- Location: Hybrid, UK-based (exact location to be confirmed)
