Roosty’s Talent Acquisition Manager
Fully Remote | Full-time
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 OTE
About Roosty’s
Roosty’s is building the future of backyard chicken supplements, and we’re growing fast. We’re on track to do $40 million this year, with one big, bold, feather-ruffling goal: to become the first $1 billion backyard chicken brand.
To get there, we need brilliant people. And to find brilliant people, we need a brilliant In-House Talent Acquisition Manager. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for someone who can help us find, attract, and hire the kind of people who will take Roosty’s from a fast-growing brand to a household name.
Someone who gets talent, moves quickly, communicates like a real human, and knows how to make candidates feel excited from the first message.
No stiff corporate nonsense. No clucky hiring processes. Just thoughtful, energetic, people-first recruitment with a bit of Roosty’s personality.
The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own recruitment across Roosty’s and help us build the team behind the brand.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand what we need, find great people, create smooth hiring processes, and make sure every candidate gets a warm, clear, and memorable experience.
You’ll be the person helping us build the flock — carefully, thoughtfully, and without turning recruitment into a bureaucratic egg hunt.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage hiring from start to finish, from figuring out the brief to getting the right person over the line.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand what each role really needs.
- Write job ads that sound like they were written by a human, not a committee.
- Source great candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, job boards, communities, and wherever else the good eggs are hiding.
- Screen candidates in a way that feels warm, thoughtful, and never robotic.
- Manage interview processes so they’re organised, fair, fast, and candidate-friendly.
- Keep candidates engaged and excited about Roosty’s throughout the process.
- Help hiring managers make smart, timely decisions.
- Build talent pipelines so we’re not starting from scratch every time a new role opens.
- Improve our hiring process as we scale.
- Support our employer brand and make sure people understand why Roosty’s is a brilliant place to work.
- Bring structure, pace, and just the right amount of personality to recruitment.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
