The role
We're looking for a proactive, experienced Talent Acquisition Manager on an, FTC basis, to run our recruitment across multiple workstreams at once. You'll work on 360 recruitment (end to end, from intake to offer) across corporate functions and retail, partnering with our brand partners and supporting our biannual accelerator programme.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and pace, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, and cares about getting the details right. You'll get close exposure to the leading luxury fashion and beauty brands and a seat at the table in a business that's growing quickly.

What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple concurrent searches and clients, from briefing and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Recruit across a broad range of functions, including Finance, HR, Digital Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain and Retail (e.g. store managers)
- Lead recruitment for our accelerator programme, which runs twice a year: attraction, selection, and candidate assessment and management throughout the programme
- Match suitable programme candidates to roles with our brand partners, ensuring strong fit for both candidate and brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, understanding their culture, hiring needs and standards
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines through networks, market mapping and direct outreach
- Deliver every project with a high quality of output and meticulous attention to detail, from shortlists to candidate communications
- Handle sensitive information and conversations with discretion, tact and professionalism
- Keep our ATS, trackers and reporting accurate and up to date
- Contribute ideas to improve our processes, tools and ways of working as we scale
What you bring

- Proven experience as a TA Manager, Senior Recruiter or equivalent, ideally with agency experience and a sensibility to luxury fashion and beauty
- Demonstrable experience managing 360 recruitment across a mix of corporate functions (Finance, HR, Digital Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain) and retail roles
- Comfort running multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, with strong prioritisation and organisation
- Resilience, initiative and a mature, steady mindset, with the agility to switch between roles and priorities without losing quality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders and founders
- Real discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential or delicate situations
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and beauty and an understanding of the industry landscape
- A can-do attitude: you're happy to roll up your sleeves, you take initiative, and you take pride in doing things properly
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
