We're partnering with a leading financial services business, embarking on an exciting phase of growth across EMEA. As the Talent Acquisition function continues to evolve, we're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help build, shape and scale recruitment capability across the region.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business where Talent Acquisition is viewed as a strategic driver of growth, with genuine influence at senior leadership level and the chance to make a lasting impact.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director EMEA, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering ambitious hiring plans across multiple markets while helping to build a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function.

You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, influence hiring strategy, build talent pipelines for critical business areas, and help shape the future direction of recruitment across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for hires across EMEA.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Supporting the design and development of a scalable, best-in-class Talent Acquisition function.
  • Driving sophisticated direct sourcing and talent mapping initiatives across key markets.
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future growth.
  • Delivering market intelligence, talent insights and recruitment analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Managing executive search partnerships where required.
  • Supporting Early Careers initiatives, including the EMEA Summer Internship Programme.
  • Identifying process improvements and helping create a more efficient and scalable recruitment model.
  • Acting as a deputy to the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA.

About You

You'll be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for attracting exceptional talent. We're particularly interested in speaking with professionals who have:

  • 5+ years' in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience within Financial Services across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Family Office or Investments.
  • A proven track record of hiring across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Advanced sourcing, talent mapping and market intelligence capabilities.
  • Experience operating within a growth, transformation or build-out environment.
