Role: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: London or Manchester
Package: £80,000 to £90,000 base salary + performance bonus
Scope: Permanent Consulting Hires & Specialist Associate Network Management
Are you an experienced professional services resourcer who loves building relationships and matching top talent with high-impact client programmes?
We are supporting a specialized healthcare digital consultancy as they scale their delivery team. They are seeking a consultative, ego-free Resource & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead internal deployment, capacity planning, and specialist associate recruitment.

- Capacity & Demand Forecasting: Partner with practice leads to anticipate skills requirements from sales pipelines and confirmed client contracts.
- Resource Allocation: Balance internal consultant utilization, manage bench time, and coordinate rolling redeployments across concurrent projects.
- Associate Community Management: Build and nurture an active network of vetted healthcare technology associates and interim subject matter experts.
- Commercial Awareness: Oversee associate rates, utilization targets, and delivery margins to ensure programmes run profitably.

Who Fits Best?
- Consulting / Agency Resourcing Background: Proven experience in resource management, workforce planning, or talent acquisition within management consultancies, IT services, or professional services firms.
- Associate & Contractor Network Expertise: Familiarity with engaging, contracting, and managing associate benches.
- Collaborative Style: Personable, consultative, and low-ego approach; comfortable managing competing stakeholder priorities with clarity and empathy.
- Commercial Acumen: Clear understanding of project utilization, gross margins, and rate structures.
