Up to £40,000 + commission

Our client is a rapidly growing Tech Platform connecting freelancers and contractors with some of the most sought-after employers in the world including Monzo, Havas, Cannon & Deliveroo to name a few!
They are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work exclusively with their clients who post briefs onto their marketplace and be responsible for securing the best freelancers on the platform.

What the Talent Acquisition Manager will be doing:
- Work with enterprise clients to secure the best freelancers
- Working exclusively through the platform with over 100,000 freelancers
- Build long standing relationships with both freelancers and clients
- Express a deep understanding of how technology can change the way businesses work
What the Talent Acquisition Manager will bring:
- 18 months + of creative recruitment
- Contract recruitment experience is a must
- Be friendly, and passionate about helping people
- Problem solving experience
- An interest in technology and how it can help businesses

What the Talent Acquisition Manager will get in return:
- You will receive a basic salary of up to £40,000 + uncapped commission, hybrid working (1 day per week in the office), all the latest tech, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
