We're partnering with a growing professional services group to appoint a Talent Partner who will play a key role in supporting the organisation's continued growth.

This is a highly visible position with responsibility for attracting, engaging and securing outstanding talent across multiple business units and corporate functions. You'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, helping them make great hiring decisions while also creating the processes, tools and approaches needed to scale effectively.

For someone who enjoys combining hands-on recruitment with strategic improvement projects, this offers a genuine opportunity to shape how talent acquisition operates across a dynamic and evolving business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of recruitment and hiring activity across the wider organisation
  • Managing recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial briefings through to successful onboarding
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring plans and talent requirements
  • Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines for future opportunities
  • Reviewing and enhancing recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Producing hiring insights, recruitment reporting and market intelligence
  • Coordinating supplier relationships and managing external recruitment partners where needed
  • Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Driving consistency and best practice across different teams and business areas

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with a commercial mindset and a genuine passion for building high-performing teams.

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, talent partnering or internal hiring
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience improving processes and introducing scalable ways of working
  • The ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with external recruitment agencies or suppliers would be beneficial
