The Role
ADS Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across ADS and Farnborough International. This is a key role within the People team, responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing high-quality talent that supports our current and future business needs.
As the Group's recruitment specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a professional, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment service. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and attraction through to offer and onboarding handover, while ensuring a consistently excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

- Develop and implement recruitment best practice
- Create practical tools and guidance for managers
- Build talent pipelines
- Utilise recruitment data and market insight to drive informed hiring decisions
- Lead initiatives that improve recruitment processes, systems, and ways of working across the Group
The Candidate
We are looking for a recruitment professional with significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and levels, ideally within an in-house environment. You will have a strong understanding of recruitment and selection best practice and be confident advising, influencing, and constructively challenging hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

You will be experienced in sourcing and attracting talent through a range of channels and have a track record of developing effective recruitment tools, assessment methods, and manager guidance. You will be comfortable working with recruitment systems and data, using insight to identify trends, improve performance, and support business decision-making.

The Contract
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Farnborough Office
- Reports to: Chief People Officer
