Find brilliant people. Build exceptional teams. Shape Arcade’s future.
Arcade is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find and hire brilliant people across our restaurants, food brands and central support functions.
Arcade operates high-volume hospitality venues in prime London locations, bringing together exciting food concepts created in partnership with talented chefs. We move quickly, think creatively and give our people the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
The role
You’ll manage recruitment from the initial hiring brief through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover. Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you’ll balance high-volume operational recruitment with management and support-function vacancies.
This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and finding great candidates not simply processing applications.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing a variety of vacancies (from entry level to senior management) across our sites and support office teams
- Briefing roles and creating engaging, inclusive job adverts
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and creative channels
- Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews, trials and structured assessments
- Advising hiring managers and supporting fair, evidence-based decisions
- Managing offers within agreed hourly rates, salary bands and budgets
- Building pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing clear progress updates
- Delivering a positive candidate experience at every stage
- Supporting our employer brand, inclusive hiring practices and recruitment projects

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
