The Role

  • Own the hiring process for a range of technical roles, building strong candidate pipelines.
  • Proactively source exceptional candidates through various channels, including referrals and applications.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and design effective assessment processes.
  • Ensure a brilliant candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
