The Role
- Own the hiring process for a range of technical roles, building strong candidate pipelines.
- Proactively source exceptional candidates through various channels, including referrals and applications.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and design effective assessment processes.
- Ensure a brilliant candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
