Internal Talent Acquisition Manager

5 days in office | Competitive Salary

We are partnering with a high-growth recruitment business as they build out their Talent Acquisition function. This is an exciting role with visibility, direct access to senior leadership, and real ownership over the growth of the business.

The role

Own internal hiring for the business's recruitment consultant teams throughout all levels. You will be managing your own TA team to continue supporting the growth of the business. This role will involve strategy, sourcing, employer brand, pipeline building, and full ownership of the candidate journey from first touch to onboarding.

  • Background in internal TA, within an agency or recruitment business
  • Experience leading or developing a team
  • Successful track record across entry-level and experienced hiring
  • Strong commercial awareness and comfort operating at senior stakeholder level

Those with direct agency experience will be prioritised.
